Diets
Seems like everyone is on a diet these days. I’m always selling diet pills or hearing about friends who are trying a new pill. It’s like seriously now, its just what you eat. Restrict your calories and workout and you will be fine. There is no need to waste money on diet pills, if you eat more then you burn then guess what? You will gain weight. People on diet pills like to brag saying things like, “Omg I hardly ate today!!” First off, thats the quickest way to slow your metabolism and your body will think it’s being starved and hold on to all the fat you have instead of you losing weight. You need healthy food to get energy, and energy to burn fuel. Makes sense right? So stop wasting your money on diet pills cause they aren’t healthy and they do NOT work. It’s all in your head. Drink lots of water, eat 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day, or more if you please, and eat sensible. You are what you eat, so remember that next time you go through the drive through, fast, cheap, and easy. hahaha Oh and fried and greasy. Ew.
Don’t try and tell them. Lol, they will NEVEr listen!
